Meet the Climate Scientist – Professor in the Department of Political Science and director of the Climate Science Center at Texas Tech University. Dr. Hayhoe is an atmospheric scientist, which means she studies climate change – one of the most pressing issues we face today. The science is clear that humans are responsible. Today – not years from now – the impacts of global warming are very serious and our future is in our hands. Together we can fix this – many of the solutions are already in our backyards.
