Yes – you read it right – Ira Flatow. Ira is a veteran NPR science correspondent and award-winning TV journalist. He is the host of Science Friday radio show, a weekly call-in program that engages listeners and scientists in lively conversation about science, technology and environment issues in the news. Ira is brilliant and fun and funny and is strongly committed to making science user friendly. In his latest book Present at the Future, this award winning journalist explains how the future is actually happening right now. He’s got big picture concepts, he really knows what nanotechnology is and can explain it in laymen’s terms and he truly cares about the health of the world in which we live.
